The scan in Fig. 1 shows the SBCo-Triangle logo as it appeared on the front cover of the Spiegel Brothers catalog No. 20 from around 1933.

The Spiegel Brothers Corporation was an importer and retailer of tools and hardware operating in New York.
In 1922 the company began using "Steelcraft" as a brand for bicycles and tools. (The date is from the first use date in trademark filings.)
At some point the company established the Steelcraft Tool Corporation as a subsidiary.
The Spiegel Brothers catalog No. 20 from around 1933 has a number of listings for tools from recognizable manufacturers, including Barcalo adjustable and box-end wrenches, Indestro socket sets, and None Better socket sets. We will add some examples of these listings to show the range of products available.
By 1971 the Steelcraft division had been acquired by the Daido Corporation, a major Japanese tool distributor. Steelcraft continued to operate as a division of Daido but moved its offices and warehouse to Daido's New Jersey facility.

Tools from the Spiegel Brothers Corporation were frequently marked with the "Steelcraft" brand.
Some tools have been observed marked with a logo consisting of "S.B" over "Co" in an inverted triangle outline, and this same logo was displayed on the front cover of the Spiegel Brothers Catalog No. 20 from around 1933.
